Why are they called rainbow cookies?

Rainbow cookies are a traditional italian baked good. The red, white, and green layers are meant to symbolize the colors of the Italian flag. Other common names for the rainbow cookie include the “Napoleon cookie”, ”Tri-color cookie”, and “seven layer cake”.

Where can I get Them?

R.R.C.s are available now at the harbor view hotel, located in edgartown, ma. Enjoy them in-house while you take in the views, or place an order to-go!

Do they need to be refrigerated?

We recommend storing your rainbow cookies in the REFRIGERATOR. In order to maximize FRESHNESS, you may also freeze your RAINBOW cookies and let thaw at least 4 hours before consuming.
